Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
You support the regional application and service specialists in dealing with issues arising, both remotely and directly on site, through the analysis and rectification of complex service problems in the application and relating to MR image quality
You identify deficiencies in application-related product quality and to initiate corresponding change requests within the MR Division
You draw up application-oriented contributions relating to high-end problems within the framework of a knowledge database
The dissemination of knowledge to application and service specialists within a workshop context is also part of your role
You recognize risks, assess the economic dimensions and arrive at autonomous decisions
Furthermore you advise on and participate in the further development of products
You collate and edit up-to-date and comprehensive information about critical customer situations around the world, and to pass this on to management
You train and instruct employees within an intercultural environment with a view to solving complex application problems
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
You have successfully completed studies in medicine, physics, electrical engineering or alternatively a successfully completed training as a radiographer and a number of years' experience as an application specialist
You have several years practical experience as an application specialist
You have sound knowledge of MR-related physics (sequence types, protocol parameters, performance-determining system parameters, image quality criteria etc.) and of the human anatomy and physiology
Furthermore you have basic knowledge of the entire range of MR applications, including special applications such as spectroscopy
You have a very good command in German and English (written and spoken), in addition you are willing to travel
To round off your profile, you have high communication skills, a customer focus, analytical skills, the ability to work in a team and you are willing to transfer knowledge
