The Heidelberger Beton GmbH Nord-West region is looking for a clerk and purchasing department (m / w) at the Geseke site to get the fastest possible entry.
Your tasks:
Bulk goods: Create, record, check billing
Local supplier management, ie assistance with selection, tendering, negotiation, allocation in accordance with the requirements
Operational processing of orders in SAP MM
Support for plant and investment
Use of the Group and German-wide framework contracts
Support for the establishment of more suitable procurement structures with a focus on cost of proces- ses / including IT structures) for product groups, eg eProcurement
Coordination (verification and forwarding) of the incoming invoices using baseware
Preparation of personnel billing
Reporting of the site-specific KPI, eg Savings, orders with order reference, number of orders after invoice receipt, etc.
Cross-sectoral coordination
