Job Description
As part of Credit & Trading Risk, the scope of FIFM is ING’s Financial Markets (trading) business. Within that scope, PMA is responsible for monitoring, analysing and advising on:
Global market risk, regulatory and economic capital
Performance of the trading activities
Counterparty credit risk of derivatives
Performance and market risk of CVA
Collateral portfolio under CSA’s
We are looking for a Principal for the team measuring and analysing the market risk, capital and performance of the trading portfolios on a consolidated level. As a Principal you coach a team of highly motivated professionals to deliver accurate risk measurement ensuring a balance between existing workload, new requirements and increased demand for value-added analysis. The team highly depends on information and support from risk teams worldwide, hence coordination and project management are an important part of the role.

Your profile
A university degree in economics, econometrics or other finance/quantitative subjects
2-5 years experience with people management
5-10 years experience with financial markets and financial instruments
Good communication skills, able to manage different stakeholders
Good coaching skills, able to shape and motivate a team
Result driven
Flexible, able to adjust quickly to new circumstances
Strong analytical skills
