Job Description
In your role as a Product Consultant you will represent Lufthansa Systems Lido/Navigation products to potential and existing customers and to our regional Key Account/Sales Organization to promote our product line. You must be able and willing to learn fast, to recognize interrelations, identify business opportunities and close them. The role requires proven experience in intercultural customer relationship management, excellent communication and strong presentation skills, willingness to take on a challenge and ability to think outside the box.
Your responsibilities:
Technical Sales for Lido/Navigation application and data products
Product Consulting for Lido/Navigation application and data products
Consulting of customers in regards to new products, contract renewals, Requests for Change (RFC) etc.
Proposal Management in collaboration with our regional Key Account/Sales Management
Product/RFC Implementation
Market oriented cooperation with Product Management
Your profile
In-depth knowledge about airline and flight operations or proven experience in commercial aviation
Commercial education and/or degree in aviation, economics or computer science
Customer relationship management experience within APAC region would be a big plus
IT know-how and ability to understand technical details regarding software development would be a plus
Strong service orientation
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
Fluent in English; further language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 30%)
