- Degree in Industrial Management or similar;
- Project management knowledge
- critical and creative spirit;
- Negotiation capacity and decision-making;
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
- Skills of communication and leadership;
- Dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Good IT knowledge in the perspective of the user;
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written).
