The Engagement Manager or Project Manager develops a long-lasting and trusting relationship with the client. He works closely with the Delivery teams. Responsible for Cloud Infrastructure France for the financial performance of the operation, growth (turnover and contribution) and customer satisfaction (CSE); It is the guarantor of the quality of service and strives to evolve the professionals attached to its commitment.
As the Manager, you will assume responsibility for project management.
Your missions will consist in:
• Organizing and steering commitments,

• Managing and coordinating all project activities.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness of projects.
• Manages the project teams of the service center distributed on several geographical sites (on-site, on-shore, off-shore);
• Manages client relations fully and autonomously, and organizes steering committees with the client.
• Participate in the burgeoning of new opportunities by developing our client accounts in synergy with the sales managers.

Profile
Bac + 5 in computer science, you have a proven experience in the direction of projects and programs in the field of Infrastructures.
You have excellent oral and written communication, and know how to manage, organize and plan a large project with a sense of result.
Your strength of conviction allows you to convey ideas and projects.
Your sense of service, your team spirit and your relational skills make you a proposition.
