The sales area Depot ensures that the Tchibo range with coffee and consumer products is available to our customers in the food trade and is optimally presented in the Tchibo shelves. As the right hand of the manager's sales platform, you are responsible for the management of the innovation portfolio in the Tchibo deposit business. The independent development and concreting of sales concepts with growth potential are as much part of your tasks as the active management of projects. A deep understanding of the Tchibo deposit business and the changes in trade are achieved by direct, solution-oriented integration into the relevant topics of the sales platform. In your new role, you are enthusiastic, driving topics independently to success and recommending thereby for further interesting development possibilities in the distribution depot.
conditions
Successful university degree (eg business studies, business engineering or natural sciences) as well as profound practical experience in the trade or the consumer goods industry
High degree of self-initiative, independent and result-oriented work, as well as a strong sense of consumer needs and market developments
Their dynamics coupled with a fast perception and high analytical-innovative ability to think
Strong teamwork, empathy and social skills combined with negotiation skills and perseverance
Conscious handling of the most common computer systems as well as new media and technology
