The Professional Services Organization Consultant (PSO) influences the success of each implementation. The PSO team is dedicated to the success of the customer and their virtualization strategy and implementation. The PSO team ensures that GMC Software Technology’s customers are successfully implementing their solutions.
A PSO Consultant is a vital link between the customer and GMC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultancy, solution implementation and deployment at customer and partner sites in CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Germany)
Troubleshooting, incident and problem analysis, software testing
A customer support on the local level, communication with 2nd level internal support
Trainings and sales support – proof-of-concepts, presentations for partners, customers and internal departments
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
To become a PSO Consultant, the following requirements are needed:
Fluent English in speech and writing
Knowledge customer communications management
Knowledge of personalized printing applications, layout and any other form of electronic communication
Analytical skills to read needs and accordingly deployment of solutions
Problem solving techniques
Interpersonal skills
