Job Description
As Senior Quality Manager for QPI BL EUV you will be responsible to drive the X sector EUV Quality Program in order to enable BL EUV to realize their Quality objectives.
Your main tasks will be to:
manage the EUV Quality audit and assessment program in order to secure that customer quality needs are addressed
identify major quality risks from product development up to volume production across all sectors and secure gap closure
deploy quality standards and facilitate preventive quality methods & tools.
Furthermore you will consult BL EUV management on implementing the ASML quality strategy using your quality management expertise, coach quality experts in quality standards, methods and tools and coordinate quality activities with sector quality teams.
Main responsibilities are:
Lead and coach quality experts in applying quality methods and tools, identifying, analyzing and closing quality and process gaps.
Secure as Quality Manager the Quality Focus of a Product or Program team
Manage the EUV quality audit program, align with BL EUV and QPI stakeholders and report out to management on findings.
Prepare quality audit plans, identify and get agreement from BL EUV and sector stakeholders.
Analyze and assess customer quality information, quality data and PGP deliverables versus the requirements of the Quality Management System.
Execute quality audits as lead auditor in order to identify execution and process gaps. Inspect documentation and quality records. Execute audit interviews. Deliver audit reports and report to management.
Report on audit / assessments findings, progress of quality assurance / improvement activities to BL EUV / R&D management. Influence stakeholders at management and operational level to secure EUV product quality.
Propose, prepare and manage quality improvement actions.
Manage X sector process improvements end to end including documentation.
Analyze and re-engineer processes, with an understanding of functional and technical problems and solutions relating to the current and future business environment.
Lead sessions to identify root causes of quality or process issues identified (e.g. by value stream analysis, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, etc.).
Contribute to strategic quality initiatives.
Provide expertise and consultancy on quality management, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement to the organization.
