Tasks for which you should be enthusiastic:
They support the delivery release of the current microcontroller product families through the necessary qualification and quality reporting
They check compliance with defined quality standards and quality assurance guidelines . An active risk management is carried out
You are responsible for drawing up qualification plans. These can work in cooperation with your stakeholders and provide a smooth implementation of safe , that agreed deadlines and costs are respected
Based on customer requirements and trends in the market, you guide future quality targets.
In this way, you continuously improve quality-related activities and methods
On a technical level , you can sometimes lead cross-divisional teams to solve possible escalations
You work closely together with the business unit and our production sites
After the start of the volume production , you are involved as the responsible quality manager and responsible contact person for quality issues

What to bring:
A strong technical understanding of the structure and function of semiconductor products, acquired through a successful degree in electrical engineering or physics
8 years relevant professional experience. They have long been working in the field of quality management or in a direct interface. The semiconductor or automotive industry is usually found as a station in your vita
Experience in managing and coordinating cross-divisional teams . They have already successfully managed project or specialist teams on a professional level . They have the ability to motivate and guide people , even without disciplinary leadership tools
Intercultural competence: You work with international and globally established teams and customers
Excellent German and English skills
