Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
The Principal/ Lead Recruiting Operations Partner role is to support the Regional Recruiting Organization and its internal customers with end to end operations support. The successful individual will work closely with various management teams, understand their business and provide valuable insights to drive the business and strategies.
Essential Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for end to end operational support in terms of data analysis, cost, compensation guidelines, various process and systems for the Region recruiting organization
? Work with process owners (internal teams), systems team, internal regional teams and end users (Recruiting team) to understand the requirements and achieve the desired details which will help drive the Recruiting strategies and decision making.
? Participate in review calls with the Management and help in review of reports / data, explore additional analysis / create new dashboards, data modelling.
? Able to handle the entire regional activities including interaction with other recruiting managers, other business groups (HR, Finance, Comp & Ben), working with the regional management by providing insights that can drive the recruiting strategy.
? Monitor the quality of systems data within the organization and work with management on constantly improving the accuracy and reliability of the data.
? Be a mentor or guide for the other team members for specific process or activities. Take the lead in handling process, come up with solutions of the issues that we have within the team and also understand the impact on a larger scale. How this would affect Globally or other teams
? Strive towards process improvements and Work on new initiatives for the betterment of our day to day operations
? Innovation of new processes that is structured and can be implemented at a Global scale
? Start working with Global customers for projects and initiatives and provide suggestions for their betterment
Job Specific Competencies
? 10 year’s professional experience with at least 6 years in reporting/ data analytics.
? Proven experience with client and customer engagement
? Hands on experience working with multiple systems, data sources and complex processes
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - areas: data validation and data mapping for reports, spreadsheets, graphs and flowcharts
? Exposure in data analysis, provide summaries and inferences based on the analyzed data to the executive management
? Worked on complex and large volume data and exposure to data modelling
