To manage and develop our employees, to support our trade partners in local food retailing and to ensure the implementation of the sales concept - that is what you want. You think and act as an entrepreneur in the company if you influence the continuous development of our sales system by analyzing and fine-tuning relevant key figures, train your employees in sales or ensure contract deals with independent food retailers. Through the control of the roasted coffee and the utility product business in our Tchibo depots in the supermarket, you are decisively influencing the success of this Tchibo distribution channel and thus also of our company.

A multi-year professional experience in the field of the food and beverage industry and the retail trade as well as in the distribution of branded goods
Profound experience in the management of the company, as well as the ability to manage and motivate employees on a long-term basis
Excellent communicative abilities that combine both team spirit and assertiveness
A structured way of working, a sure appearance and conviction
Secure handling of MS-Office and common CRM systems
