Sales Manager (m / f) Customer Service Management
THE MAKE IT POSSIBLE:
Control of the service provider with regard to agreed company-policy sales targets and development of concepts for the marketing of specified products (focus on digital lifestyle, contract extension)
Ensuring the agreed KPI, analysis of deviations and support with concrete measures
Performance analysis and identification of potentials and solutions with a strong focus on the agreed sales-target metrics
Support the service provider in the implementation of necessary processes / implementation of campaigns
YOUR SKILLS:
Completed commercial training and / or comparable practical experience
Experiences in the management of campaigns (cross-selling and up-selling activities)
Traveling, resilience and flexibility
Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
Good written and spoken English knowledge
