ING is looking for a Senior Employee Regional Finance (/Senior Employee MA)
A broad financial role in a divers team that is able to deal with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization, as well as with divers number of finance themes, varying on financial control to finance advice/business partnering.

·Business Partner: you will be the business advisor to a number of our customers (regional functional heads). In that role you are the face of finance and expected to support these customers with their Finance related issues.
·Reporting/Budget/Forecast/Analysis: you will play a pivotal role in ensuring control of financial developments. For you scope you ensure that you are aware of on-going developments and translate these into proper messaging (eg early warnings) both in Finance as well as towards business.
·Regional Control / Process / Change: You will be involved into the on-going process of control and continuous improvement. Depending on type and size of the concrete topic, your role can vary (eg. Lead role, coordinator, SME, etc.).
·Finance Strategic Projects: Regional team is expected to play an integrator role, ensuring global objectives are reached, while keeping an eye out of location specifics (eg. Risks). Team members are expected to play a role in this process taking into account an end2end perspective.
·Team activities: all team members will have a back-up role towards other core tasks in the team.
Your work environment
We are a small and divers team operating in a rapidly changing environment. Being Finance Business Partner to the Global Head of Network for Wholesale Banking as well as the Head of European Network Wholesale Banking and his management team (regional value chain heads, country managers and support functions) demands both a good knowledge of the financials as well as ability to look ahead.
Next to our business advisory role we are also heavily involved in supporting local finance teams with their processes, controls and reporting obligations towards head office, as well as in the several global change programs that affect Finance in our locations. As such we very often are the linking pin between central teams and local finance, for a wide variety of finance topics (both in business advice and change/control domains).
Your profile
·You have a bachelor or Masters in Finance (e.g. Economics or Business Administration)
·You have at least 5 years’ experience in banking, preferable in Wholesale Banking
·You have broad experience within Finance. With at least experience with Business Advisory and Process/Control type of activities.
·Knowledge and understanding of finance systems and processes is required (eg MA and/or Customer Profitability tools preferred). Understanding of / familiarity with operational and financial processes / systems (eg. end2end finance view) is highly advantageous
