Job Description
As a Senior Manager (m/f) Strategic Projects within Group Communications you will plan, steer and evaluate strategic communication projects. This includes: Developing complex communication strategies – and being responsible for their implementation. Developing and tracking project management plans, including project governance structures, time and measure planning, FTE allocation and KPI definition. Implementing mechanisms for ongoing quality assurance (project controlling, risk management). Conducting a regular project reporting for relevant stakeholders and executives. Conducting budget planning and controlling. Leading cross-functional and cross-country project teams, mainly from CM and country communication. Align with affected internal functions, e.g. Group Controlling or Group Legal & Compliance. Selecting, steering and evaluating external agencies.
