Senior Service Sales Engagement Manager, Premium Engagement

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Premium Engagement, Solution Sales Engagement Manager (SSEM) has advanced knowledge of the Premium Support portfolio consisting of SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveEmbedded. His/her role is in the sale of these services to the SAP customer base in CIS and in the internal positioning across organizational boundaries (Field Services, Software Sales, etc.) for upselling.
The SSEM identifies and understands the customer's request in its associated industries and develops its own or in cooperation with the account team to propose value of Premium Engagement. The SSEM is responsible for the preparation of the legal contract and the successful closing.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Responsible for own quota (revenue and order entry)
Prospects, identifies, and qualifies customers from SAP ecosystem for premium engagement opportunities
Creates contracts and quotations, builds the closing plans and brings the contracts to a close
Works with several defined customers in parallel
Understands the value of SAP's Enterprise Support Maintenance & Premium Engagement Offerings
Works in close alignment with other SAP departments
Talks to customer's C level, as well as to customers Program Management and Customer Center of Expertise Teams describing the value of Premium maintenance
Plans and executes scoping workshops with the client together with other SAP organizations, compiles value propositions and presents them back to the client
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Ability to call on and effectively present at CCoE, CIO, CFO and CEO levels
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics OR Management OR Information Systems
Strong written, verbal skills, both in Russian and in English
Solid understanding of at least one SAP Solution on technical or functional level as a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE
Min 3-5 years of proven track record in Sales (Software, IT Consulting, IT Support);
Experience in direct industry, consulting, enterprise software or premium maintenance is a MUST;
Work as a Consultant OR Project Manager OR Solution Architect OR Developer OR Test Manager OR Change Manager)will be a plus
