Strategic account support and group-wide positioning of SAP as a preferred strategic IT platform partner
Establishment and deepening of relationship management is preferred in the headquarter divisions, as well as in the individual divisions and affiliates of the Global Account
Strong relationship management between SAP and the Global Account C-Level managers. Establishing regular C-level meetings to strengthen the relationship with SAP
Ensuring annual sales in licensing, consulting and software maintenance, as well as significant growth in all areas by increasing the SAP Footprint within the customer
Management of all opportunities in close cooperation with consulting and partners
Identify critical success factors and derive fields of action from customer experience
