B PRole synopsis Lead a team(s) of 3rd party Settlements Analysts, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all Settlements activities. Serve as a key contact for the commercial teams and play an integral role in the development of capability and delivery of business and TBS strategy for the team. Key accountabilities Provide leadership and guidance to a team(s) of analysts and specialists, managing priorities and resource requirements. Attract, develop and retain staff to ensure a consistently high level of professionalism, technical expertise and service delivery. Provide oversight of the 3rd party Settlements activities within the area of responsibility, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all activities. Accountable for ensuring that the operational activity within the area of responsibility is conducted within a strong control framework, highlighting any gaps or issues and develop, document and implement mitigations as appropriate. Provide support ensure that all 3rd party Settlements activity across the Region complies with the control framework. Actively manage change activities to ensure successful implementation in area of responsibility. Understand the business performance expectations of the team and accountable for the measurements and reporting of KPIs for area of responsibility. Provide commentary and actions as appropriate. Address root cause of issues. Accountable for identifying key stakeholders, building and managing the relationships and customer focus. Collaborate with peers across the Global IST Settlements organization in defining and implementing globally standardized processes, where possible. Ensure all processes are clearly documented and maintained. Ensure team members fully understand and follow documented processes. Actively participate in and support projects as appropriate. Essential Education Relevant degree in Finance/Accounting or similar Essential experience and job requirements 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting 2+ years of experience in managing teams Fluent English knowledge Other Requirements (e.g. Travel, Location) N/A Desirable criteria & qualifications Strong leadership capabilities: ability to coach, challenge and build high performing teams, ability to articulate the vision of IST Finance & Risk and the Regional Business Strategy and mobilize the team to deliver the vision, ability to foster effective teamwork and collaboration ability to see the bigger picture beyond immediate area of responsibility, the broader team and Region Able to implement change, knowledge of change models and what is required for change to be successful Proven experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities Understanding of business drivers and how Settlements supports delivery of the business strategy Strong stakeholder management/customer service capabilities Proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels in the organization Relocation available No Travel required Negligible travel Is this a part time position?
