Job Description
Your tasks:
Support of the shop managers in technically complex questions of both the e-commerce platforms and the non-transactional global site
Determination and prioritization of technical platform optimizations (priorities arising from day-to-day business)
Continuous optimization of the shop (sorting rules, AB tests, catalog management)
Further development of the current e-commerce platform
Analysis and coordination of the requirements from different departments or sales companies
Conduct optimization of the online shops in the daily business
Preparation of briefings for software development
Your qualifications:
Completed studies of business or media informatics or a comparable education
Very good overview of current web standards and trends
Experience in the e-commerce environment, at best with regard to the further development of web applications
High Internet affinity, very good communication skills, pronounced analytical thinking, structured work and agility
Usually demandware experiences
Conversation-proof in German and English
