Role synopsis
The primary aspect of this role is to generate 2 week site execution schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling tool of all CAP (Constrained Activity Plan) and non-CAP activities, ensuring resource utilization is maximized, and impacts from operational concerns are managed. If conflicts arise, the site scheduler shall agree with Gatekeeper. Roles will be required to support Gatekeeper OSM in assessing 2 weeks waivers (items that can be allowed to proceed when the gate criteria have not been met). The role will be required to facilitate site execution scheduling meetings and agree the do-ability of 2 week Area schedule.
Key accountabilities
· Coordinate delivery of Area 2 week Schedules in Primavera
· Coordinate, plan and schedule all emergent work in the 2 week execution window (short term asset generated work)
· Ensure scheduling and close-out of Maximo work orders.
· Ensure amount of work scheduled is equal to amount of available man-hours in support of wrench time targets.
· Review new emergent work orders and advise on priority, condition for work, schedule start date
· Ensure that all activities meet the required 2 week planning gate readiness criteria.
· Manage the inclusion of approved emergent work into the site execution schedule
· Work with the relevant functional SPA for gathering required inputs to feed P6
· Be able to analyse performance data and present summary in support of KPIs
· Timely and efficiently update the schedule
Essential Education
· University Degree
Essential experience and job requirements
· Understanding of Functional Organization and BP business in Azerbaijan- Georgia- Turkey
· Solid practical knowledge of project planning /scheduling/controls
· Fluent in English Language both spoken and written
· An understanding of equipment, reliability, and operational processes
An understanding of work management flow process
Minimum 3 years experience in planning or scheduling
Computer Skills in scheduling databases
· Strong Meeting Facilitation Skills
Other Requirements (e.g. Travel, Location)
· Georgian citizenship
Desirable criteria & qualifications
· Ability to use Primavera 6 to produce and integrated plans/schedules
· Understanding and working knowledge of short term work schedules
· Operations or Maintenance background with a skill good team work
· Experience in oil and gas industry
