Job Description
In this role you will become part of the innovative Building Blocks tribe. Tribe Building Blocks is constantly looking for opportunities to improve and to further accelerate the delivery of ING’s engineers and squads globally.
As a Chapter Lead you are responsible for the development and growth of the Product Owners in you chapter (+/- 10 FTE) and improving our Way We Work. The exact approach for this may vary depending on the particular area, squads and persons concerned. You will also work as a Product Owner (approximately 60% of your time).
Your role is quite diverse and no day will ever be the same. However your primary responsibilities/tasks/deliverables will be:
As a Product Owner you are responsible for defining a clear shared product vision, building a concrete roadmap with product releases, guiding the delivery of the DevOps squads, validating their delivered value and to productize the product.
Teach and inspire Product Owners to become more effective.
Day to day HR responsibilities for the employees in your chapter
Constantly aim to improve the quality of you chapter
