Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Responsibility for planning the DOS sites for the allocated divisions (SPW & WW) in the EMEA region
Further development of existing planning and reporting processes
Central contact person for our markets and their local trading teams
Ensuring that all defined retail KPIs are achieved
Ensuring market-related budget planning and product range purchasing in close collaboration with the responsible central divisions, especially EMEA Buying
Responsibility and implementation of centrally controlled mark-down management
Technical and hierarchical management of the Trading Planning team for EMEA DOS SPW & WW
Staff development / coaching
Required qualifications:
Successfully completed studies in business management or comparable qualifications
Several years of experience in retail merchandise management, ideally in the DOS field
Good decision-making skills and strategic thinking
Assertiveness, a solution-oriented approach and some creativity
Well-developed communication skills and good time management
Very good knowledge of using MS Office and SAP
An excellent knowledge of English
Several years of experience in staff management / staff development
