Technology Solutions Professional (DYNAMICS) AT MICROSOFT
As a Dynamics 365 Technology Solutions Professional (TSP) you will assist the Customer Account Team in qualifying, developing and managing Dynamics CRM related sales opportunities. Along with the other sales team members you will play a critical part in maximizing our long-term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of Microsoft products and improving customer satisfaction.
The TSP role will be focused on Demand Generation (aseminars, tradeshows) and Solution Development (Discovery) and Proof Phases (DEMO) of the sales cycle. In the sales cycle, the CRM TSP is responsible for supporting CRM selling team with solution demonstration and mapping of the CRM applications to the customers business.

IF YOU CAN BRING:
•Bachelors or Masters Degree, plus a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant technology sales experience
•Working knowledge and experience on Dynamics CRM application or competitive knowledge
•Ability to articulate the business value of our Dynamics application solutions and products and position them in competitive scenarios.
•Demonstrated ability working with executive level stakeholders at enterprise customers to map Dynamics solutions to business initiatives
•Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists.
•Proficiency in creating Solution Strategy mapped to the business plan for the accounts assigned.
•Very good command of English and Italian.
