At NetLine/Crew we develop, implement and maintain systems helping airlines to optimize their entire crew management processes and thus enabling them to lower operations costs, raise crew productivity and react quickly to operational changes. With an internationally distributed team working mainly from Berlin, Frankfurt and Budapest, we are currently supporting over 40 renowned airlines worldwide.
As a trainer for crew management you are responsible for introducing new employees as well as customers to crew management processes in general and the application of our corresponding product, NetLine/Crew in particular. We offer you the chance to assuming responsibility for the smooth onboarding of new employees as well as the securing of the successful implementation of NetLine/Crew at our customers. Your responsibilities:
Planning, coordinating, and hosting customer and employee training seminars as part of implementation projects as well as refresher trainings
Autonomously preparing and updating training concepts including the methodology, documentation and training material
Performing analyses of learning objectives and implementing the results in training programs
Gathering information on training requirements
Modifying documentation, training courses and workshops to meet customers’ specific requirements
Consulting existing customers
Providing assistance with the functional enhancement of the NetLine/Crew product
Providing support in the areas of Sales and Product Consulting
Your profile
University degree in a relevant field
Pedagogical, didactic and methodological skills for teaching content and for preparing the corresponding documentation
Practical teaching experience, particularly in operational areas
Ideally experience in a customer-driven area of activity
Excellent knowledge of airlines’ operative business processes in the area of crew management
Outstanding ability to think analytically and conceptually
Excellent communication and representation skills, ability to concisely present complex issues tailored to the target group, strong moderation and presentation skills as well as the ability to represent the company
Excellent people skills and integration capacity
Negotiating skills and assertiveness as well as strong customer and service orientation
Highly developed capacity for interdisciplinary and holistic, target-oriented work
Keen awareness of quality
High motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
Very good English and German skills as well as intercultural competence
Very high willingness as well as capability to travel and perform on-site operations at customers locations worldwide
