Job Description
In this position you will have 3 focus areas: driving project portfolio, business process and performance management activities within SCM.
Project Portfolio Management:
Together with the team you are responsible for executing, guiding and managing the SCM roadmap towards 2020, managing intake of new projects, and supporting the SCM staff in project portfolio prioritization and decision making on allocation and resources.
Business Process Management:
As a Process Analyst you will analyze, model, and maintain process descriptions using Process Excellence tools and by involving process key-users. You will be responsible for documenting the process descriptions according to ASML standards and conventions and driving the approval by the Business Process Owner.
Performance Management:
You will be the key contact person for performance management on SCM level and represent SCM in Operations Performance Management Competence Network. You will prepare the Monthly Operational Progress presentation for sector VP, drive KPI maturity development, and you will be the KPI Reporting Tool key-user within SCM. You will facilitate the yearly KPI selection process and advise the SCM staff based on a thorough understanding of the SCM processes.
On top of these 3 focus areas, you will be responsible for facilitating the monthly project and KPI review meetings with the SCM staff and the quarterly sector review meeting with the COO. You will maintain the Transformation Center SharePoint page and ensure efficient and effective way of working for performance and project management within SCM.
