Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project and to work as Voice Account Manager for our respectable client BICS, in our Kyiv office.
Areas of Responsibility
Promotion of BICS’ wholesale voice services to maintain and enhances BICS leading position in the world;
Negotiations on international termination rates with existing accounts in order to maintain the lowest termination cost structure for BICS’ international outbound traffic;
Manage the prospection of pre-defined targeted clients up to the contract closing to ensure increasing BICS account portfolio;
Ensuring proper implementation of the commercial relations within BICS operational framework with the view to guarantee the optimal functioning of the relevant BICS departments;
Maintaining Accountability for all issues in the domain of financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), technical (dimensioning and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards his/her assigned customers portfolio;
Sharing customers’ and market’s information with relevant departments in BICS, manages support staff in order to improve overall efficiencies;
Support of new colleagues by furnishing all available information and sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Telecom area, preferably in Voice;
Easy with technology, tools and applications;
Analytical skills and well-structured thinking;
Sales experience;
Fluent in English;
Developed written and oral communication skills;
Open to learn new technologies;
Able to work independently;
Being able to take initiative;
Motivated, enthusiastic and attentive to detail;
Bachelor/Master degree;
