What are you going to do?
You're with your squad responsible for service design, drafting the roadmap and providing a set of security services that meet the requirements of all stakeholders, or even surpass.
You will work closely together and build a partnership with our suppliers of our outsourced services.
You make sure that the security services have a good user experience (cost) effective and within budget.
You are responsible for identifying the risks in your services, and reduce qualify. Having more in-depth risk management & security knowledge and experience alongside IT knowledge is an advantage.
You initiate processes and contract changes and service requests to your service.
Knowledge and experience
You have knowledge of the field of workplace services and strong affinity with IT infrastructure and security issues. Substantive knowledge of the (Intel McAfee) Antivirus / AntiMalware suite and affinity with Active Directory services is a big plus.
You have relevant experience within a complex international and multinational outsourcing services.
You have sufficient knowledge of IT risk to identify the various risks in the services, qualify and reduce so that the organization can keep a grip on the risks and thus can prevent or limit any damage for ING.
Behaviors and competencies
·You have at least completed a (technical) university degree, preferably with an IT or security background
You are inquisitive, a driven person with excellent analytical skills and very good social and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are ambitious, have capacity to grow within a few years at ING and take responsibility for good functioning of the services it provides squad.
You are able to take customers from your expertise in IT solutions.
You are curious and looking for renewal and innovation in your area of ??interest.
You have to work together focusing on.
You have the ability to quickly learn new content and transfer it to others.
You ask for help and active feedback, but also dare to give feedback.
You get energy from giving presentations and demos.
