Salary: £45,079 - £60,103
Location: Nottingham with UK wide travel.

Right now we’re looking for experienced agile accomplished professionals to manage a range of vital change projects for us. Reporting to the project sponsors and Programme Manager, you’ll direct your projects throughout their lifecycles, from outlining their scope and setting targets in line with the leadership team’s objectives, mobilising the relevant work streams, and monitoring progress.
You’ll be dealing with substantial, complex projects, so it’s essential that you have the organisational skills to successfully manage every aspect within a waterfall or agile methodology, including: investment proposal development, resourcing, governance and decision making, risk management, stakeholder management and the actual execution of the plan. You’ll also be responsible for dealing with the targeted business areas to ensure they are prepared for your changes.
And there’s an essential interpersonal side to this role too, because you’ll not only lead and coach those in your team; you’ll also cultivate important working relationships with other parts of the business, including Customer Experience, Digital, Finance, E.ON IT, Legal Marketing and Communications.

Qualifications
Key Essential Skills:
Demonstrable competencies and leadership capabilities as a mature and seasoned Project Manager ready to undertake larger more complex efforts.
Prince 2 practitioner or APMP
Experience of taking nebulous or ambiguous objectives or vision and scoping these out into tangible, firm deliverables on large projects
Knowledge of programme, project and PMO methodologies.
Proven ability to establish and develop effective, lasting relationships.
Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders in a variety of business areas and stakeholders of differing seniority.
Must be flexible and adaptable with the ability to adapt to various ways of working within different programme environments.
Must be able to undertake change in a pacier way and challenge the wider business, IT and Support Functions to identify and remove blockers that are stopping quick progress.
Challenging and Innovative – must have the ability to challenge themselves to continuously improve, adding value to the organisation.
Experience of using MS Project or similar planning tool.

Extensive evidence of identifying, managing and embedding lasting business change.
Desirable skills:
Managing Successful Programme practitioner (or similar) with experience of shaping large, complex change programmes.
Demonstrable people management skills, ideally with previous line management experience
Educated to degree standard or equivalent
Knowledge of programme Agile methodologies.
