Account ManagerRevinate's Account Manager will lead the post-sales efforts in building processes and procedures that are successful and repeatable in delivering value to the Revinate customer. As a Revinate product expert focused on E-mail marketing for the hospitality industry will speak and teach on the value of Revinate Marketing. This Account Manager must apply their domain expertise with customers in best practices discussions, whether those are specific to the use of Revinate Marketing or general Customer Success conversations. Goals: Customer Success: All clients must be DELIGHTED with Revinate and our service, not just satisfied. This Account Manager will be responsible for offering white glove service to our Revinate Marketing clients. Product Support: Make the most of engineering resources, prioritize high-value items. Responsibilities: Coordinate CRM production tasks, auditing client email campaigns, creating monthly client reports, client support, tracking and following up on open action items. Track all action items and recommendations, assigned and follow-up with the team members. Assist team with monthly reporting, coordinate with team members to validate data for monthly reporting. Develop, manage, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Building relationships beyond the day-to-day customer contact to ensure engagement across the organization. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure adoption and marketing maturity advancement. Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the Revinate Product team. Required Skills and Experiences 2+ years of account management experience from a high tech company-ideally with Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems) in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing strategy, including mobile, social, email, web, and display marketing. Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions. Led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done. Experience collaborating with individuals across an organization to drive a complex project to completion.
