Independently perform tasks to assist the Accounting Manager by:
· Handle suppliers invoice
· Break down and recording payments from Kemet Corp
· Establish underlaying documents for Cash planning
· Make customer invoice
· Taxes / VAT / Social charges, reporting and payments
· Statistics
· AP Closing
· Accruals
· Inter-Company reconciliation
· Establish balance accounts documentation
· Reconcile accounts in Trial balance
· Assist Accounting Manager in establishing other reporting documents
· Implement new routines decided by Financial Controller or Accounting Manager
· Find, and suggest, routine improvements (locally)
· Assist Accounting Manager in budget related tasks
Education & Experience
High School diploma or University degree.
Previous experience in Finance is preferred.
Skills, Abilities & Certifications
Very good knowledge of Excel.
Experience with Oracle are welcomed
Excellent PC skills, including MS Office.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team, and to communicate with various levels of management.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Ability to develop strong working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
