The Role
In this role you will assume overall responsibility for meeting & greeting the students when they arrive & depart from our courses, support the leaders and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greeting students upon arrival & departure to the Course Town.
Setting up the EF airport booth prior to the start of the EF courses in the Course Town.
Liaison with local transport supplier regarding flights, pick up times and drop off points.
Liaise with relevant local staff to ensure the students’ progress to the next step of the welcome procedure is smooth (incl. confirming genders & numbers to the accommodation staff).
Coordinating the handing out of water bottles with the local staff; as well as oversee stock levels and liaise with transport company for orders.
Ensuring the relevant information to Leaders is given upon arrival.
Receiving, logging and resolving (with assistance from other EF staff) day-to-day queries from students
Following up on student welfare issues, e.g. lost luggage.
Assisting with administrative tasks as and when requested by the Senior Staff or Assistant Operations Manager.
Promoting the well-being and satisfaction of all students.
Work with drivers & airport staff to ensure our students receive the best possible service and smooth experience.
Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader.
A keen interest in international travel.
Capable of using your own initiative.
Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
Attend training prior to your contract commencing.
