Responsibility Be responsible for our Recruitment System and handle administration of the recruitment process from A-Z, including: reply to all incoming applications (reject or contact in the system). scheduling interviews, conducting screen calls and feedback to managers, requesting background checks, calling references, salary negotiations, offer letter/employment contract creation and coordinating closely with hiring managers throughout the process. Create policies, create/renew templates and ensure appropriate communication and implementation in the organization (e.g. launching version 2 of our Global Employee Handbook and training managers in these new processes). Be an essential part in increasing quality of templates and lean, internal processes (including PIP, Evaluation/review guidelines etc.). Internal communication: Write People Updates on a regular basis to keep the company informed about changes. Conduct monthly company wide info meetings in close collaboration with the CEO. Yammer usage: Be the driver and moderator of Yammer as the internal communication tool. Be responsible for our HR system, Cezanne and handle all personnel administration of new hires, existing as well as leaving personnel, including a complete restructuring of the administrative process today. Create, maintain, follow up and archive new hire/org. change/leaver checklist currently in place + overviews: Inform all relevant departments of changes (e.g. payroll mutations). Edit the Company org. chart with the changes. Remind managers about probationary period ending and evaluation dates. Be responsible for the referral overview, tracking referrals and referral bonus payout. Develop a welcome package that is for all newcomers joining the company. Be main coordinator for the HR annual wheel with End of Year Evaluations, Salary Review Process and the Employee Engagement Survey. Ensure proper documentation is archived on the HR server and originals archived in Copenhagen. Employer Branding. Develop our profile on our corporate career website and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc.). Communicate and keep up to date agreements/relations with universities and other potential hiring sources in our different regions. Research employment laws and regulations in new territories, coordinate with local attorneys and align with hiring managers, ensure proper implementation of legal requirements. Assist the managers in different ad hoc tasks, including: Ensure streamline/ownership of job description templates and creating job paths and Legal paperwork for new hires, existing as well as leaving personnel. Requirements Bachelors or Master's degree within e.g. law, HRM or other business related field. 1-2 years of fulltime experience. Great numerical understanding and detail-oriented. Proactive, hands on and reliable. Experience with working in a dynamic environment of an IT company preferred. The role will be based in Copenhagen.
