CertioFor one of our clients, we are actually looking for a Business Consultant who is responsible to support the Account Managers during the pre-sales phase to provide the best solution to customers, depending on their needs and provides consultancy service in order to optimize and/or save costs. Responsibilities - You advise internal clients and external parties regarding the products and solutions portfolio (Document Management Solutions) - You analyze and optimize the ECM/ITS processes - You analyze market needs in relation to new technologies and translate it into operational & business needs for the customer - You collaborate with the 'Product Marketing' to run and develop new proposals - You create consultancy reports with clearly formulated recommendations, also with regard to the next steps - You maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices. - You maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer defined standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer related problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements - You develop & execute complete plan to incubate and implement operational & business needs for the customer - You work closely together with CRM team to ensure data quality can be kept high and to continuously improve the gathered data from the customers.
