We are seeking a Client Operations Specialist (e-commerce) in our Cologne Office. The Client Operations Specialist is a position responsible for supporting company and client objectives and targets for revenue, profitability, retention and growth by utilizing Web-based and other digital/electronic marketing channels, media, tools and techniques. You will work directly with Digital River Account Managers and internal departments to create, implement, and evaluate customer-centric marketing and merchandising campaigns to achieve these goals and objectives.Together with other Client Operations Specialists, you are in charge of running the day-to-day support for your clients. Candidates must have a solid technical aptitude and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with Account Managers, supporting team efforts in overall client growth, satisfaction, and retention. You will work on the development and implementation of marketing plans designed to increase store revenue, unique visits and close ratios. This position supports the team in execution of tasks and projects for clients, programs or projects to allow Account Managers to strategically drive the relationships and revenue goals for Digital River
