THE TEAM:
We are a dynamic team responsible for providing advice on Compliance & Ethics issues for the Euroclear group. Compliance serves an integral part of the ‘Three Lines of Defence’, helping to protect the integrity and enhance the reputation of Euroclear in the market.
YOUR ROLE:
As part of the group Compliance & Ethics Division, you will be responsible to:
Build Compliance & Ethics data analysis capabilities to carry out its mission, relying on internal and external data analysis for control and monitoring purposes
Scan providers offers and peers way of working to develop those capabilities, main objective being to detect non-compliant behaviors ( fraud, money laundering, market abuse...)
Cooperate with internal data analysis / management teams (BI, IA...) to build relevant synergies
Ensure swift and efficient implementation of selected technology
Run the tool once implemented
You have:
10 years of relevant work experience
An IT/data analytics background or interest
Proactive, autonomous, pragmatic and risk aware
Excellent organisation skills and are very structured and disciplined
Committed to continuously improving everything we/you do,
English is a must. French and/or Dutch is a plus
