About the position Here at Showpad, the Customer Success team is responsible for creating mutually beneficial customer partnerships, reducing churn. As a Customer Experience Engineer in the Customer Success team, you are the customers hero in time of need! Your forte is to stand by our customers in their more technical requests and ensuring an effortless support experience. You're willing to become a go-to technical resource in the support team and help scale up the team's technical troubleshooting skills. Youre responsible for raising awareness internally, within the Customer Success team, the product team on product issues and escalating to Engineering when necessary. You play a pivotal role as a contact point between Engineering and the Customer Success team. Youre a customer advocate internally and a Showpad advocate externally. Key responsibilities as a Customer Experience Engineer at Showpad Investigate and resolve issues focusing on delivering an effortless customer experience Work closely with the engineering team to resolve high priority issues Work with other Showpad teams to ensure the customers voice is heard Collaborate with the team in San Francisco to raise awareness on ongoing issues In time help build out and further structure the growing support team & processes In time help scale up the technical knowledge of the support team Enjoy a fun game of Ping-Pong with your colleagues Reward yourself with a cup of great coffee Experience & skills we are looking for Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch, French or German is a plus To gain energy from helping others and a commitment to providing an effortless customer experience A first experience in customer or technical support role An inquisitive and analytical mind & troubleshooting skills A hunger to acquire technical knowledge in the following subjects: HTTP request knowledge & APIs HTML developing & debugging skills Developer toolbar, network tab, console Firewalls & proxies SQL CRM tools like Salesforce.com A great interest in and knowledge about mobile and web applications The will to have a maximum impact on Showpad and its customers What you can expect from Showpad On the outside, were redefining how sales and marketing work together; on the inside, were redefining the workplace.
