Main Tasks & Responsibilities Responsibility for daily office management Sorting and distributing posts, arranging couriers Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Ordering office equipment and stationary Administrative support to Human Resources & General Affairs department Payroll Administration and contact with the service providers (e.g. reporting on attendance, maintaining personal files, organizing medical checks) Liable for the office environment (e.g. contact with facility management company, control small refurbishment works, etc.) Active part of “GPTW/Wellbeing” and motivation system Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any) N/A Function Human Resources Type of Contract Internship/student placement Site / Location of Position Slovakia - Bratislava Legal Entity (NSCEE) Nissan Sales Central & Eastern Europe - Budapest, Hungary Part Time / Full Time Part Time Background & Experience ongoing full time studies (University or College) availability for work at least for 1 year availability for min. 20 working hours / week Native Slovak language knowledge is a must advanced level of English, Excel and PowerPoint skills good interpersonal, communication, coordination and analytical skills ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization Minimum Education Required High Sch Dipl/GED/A Level/Secondary education Specific Technical Skills - Excel European Language English Other Languages (Please specify) Slovak Language Level Fluent Anticipated Start Date 02-May-2017
