DealogicThe Product Component Owner (PCO) is accountable for the gathering of requirements and creation of solutions. Working together with Product Management to drive the long term product strategy. To use their business knowledge of banking to ensure the Company software is high quality, satisfies the original requirements and is operationally fit for its business purpose. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate workshops to analyse high level business requirements producing detailed requirement breakdowns and high level solutions Creation of concise specifications and master documentation Liaise and collaborate primarily with Product Management, Technical Architects, QA, Developers and the Business Relationship Teams. Collaborate closely with the development team during the software build process (consultancy, documentation review, etc.) Functional testing of new developments / releases Provide training for the development team and other teams (as part of the field preparedness) Advise Product Support on functional issues Review Product Documentation and user manuals Requirements Degree educated Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis or design of software products Worked in a client (internal or external) facing position Excellent standard of spoken and written English Comfortable working in a team environment Excellent communication skills Excellent presentation skills Proactivity, creativity Strong interest in financial markets Advantages UML knowledge Agile experience, iterative and incremental development process Understanding of financial markets Experience of financial systems Experience at a financial institution Experience of working within a formally structured product delivery lifecycle What we offer Learning about financial markets Truly multinational environment Competitive compensation package Brand new, modern and creative work environment
