As an engineer you get a lot of energy from understanding, realizing and improving processes and solutions in the complex and dynamic world of Client Coverage within Wholesale Banking. Client Coverage encompasses Corporate & Financial Institutions relationship management, Transaction Services and Capital Structuring and Advisory. Client Coverage originates, coordinates and executes integrated financial solutions for our clients. In the Client Coverage scrum team at WBS we serve the Wholesale Banking sales force through continuous improvement in our inhouse build CRM system, Vantage. We provide a single access point to all information of our clients and support our users with end to end commercial processes. Our user groups are international and covers all countries ING is active in.
We work Scrum/Agile in small teams with sprints of 2 weeks. Your exact role within the Client Coverage Team will depend on the type of project, but your focus will be on information and business / process analysis, refining, designing, configuring and aligning the solutions with our clients in the organization. As you can imagine, certainly given the size of ING Bank across the world, you will be working on large and interesting projects with an international character. The applications that you develop will also be implemented worldwide.
Skills required
HBO / University Graduate (Master) degree;
Knowledge and strong interest in information analysis and process configuration
Describe, analyze and review new and/or adjusted processes
Model and configure processes.
General knowledge of infrastructure & middleware;
Affinity with IT and programming;
Capable of doing simple programming - and/or test tasks;
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Selenium;
Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
