Digital Manager HR (m / w) in HR IT Systems & Transformation
YOUR DUTIES AS A DIGITAL MANAGER HR:
As a Digital Manager HR, you assume responsibility for the international HR IT management system with the aim of building the company-wide HR IT landscape in a secure future. You work closely with the head of Group IT and its team.
Development of a sound HR IT concept
for Group HR and the local subsidiaries.
Regional and global HR-IT projects
You manage various projects, in particular pilot applications in key companies.
Evaluation and auditing of HR-IT-
solutions You develop in-depth recommendations and communicate with the subsidiaries for the compliance and implementation of global guidelines.
Introduction of global HR tools
They support Group HR and the local subsidiaries in the implementation of global HR tools and in working with them.
Interfaces Management
You are the contact person for the system supplier and provide First Level Support.
YOUR PROFILE AS DIGITAL MANAGER HR:
You have a completed ( specialist ) university degree either in the field of economics or humanities with a focus on personnel management or, alternatively, business informatics. You have already proved your competence in solving complex problems.
At least five years of relevant professional experience
in international HR management as well as several years of experience in working with HR management solutions.
Proven project management experience in HR digital transformation
You have already achieved initial success in the implementation of complex IT projects in the digital HR environment.
Affinity for digital technologies
You have very good knowledge in modern and global IT technologies (especially Microsoft) as well as good knowledge in global IT infrastructures.
Interest in process optimization
You analyze existing processes and define measures for continuous improvement.
Good German and fluent English skills
and a willingness to travel outside Germany also meet the requirements of an international activity.
