Your role As Packaging Development Officer, you are part of the Packaging team that is responsible for the development of the correct content for packaging for the assigned markets and countries (multiple languages), and that is compliant with the marketing and the legal guidelines. In this position, you report directly to Int. Packaging Development Manager, part of our Marketing & Innovation department. Responsibilities: Consolidation of information to build final packaging proposal: You consolidate the information concerning packaging from several internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Legal, R&D, agencies, etc.) and suggest a final packaging proposal, ready for printing or ready to be used in media & digital campaigns, in line with the guidelines (Legal, Marketing, etc.). You do so within the predefined deadlines. Systems & administration: Based on information from our system, you build a label content document (brand messages, ingredients, legal and marketing information, etc.), and make sure this system is up to date. Stakeholder management & briefing: You keep the stakeholders in the loop of the status of the packages of the products, discuss the proposals and you share information, making sure the timings are met. You build a briefing, based on the consolidated info, for the external agencies and for printing. Doing so, you make sure you get a finalized packaging proposal, ready for printing. Printing preparation: You make sure that the final briefing towards the printing is approved by all stakeholders, and you make sure that the printing is done according to this briefing. About you You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree (for example in Linguistics, Office Management, etc.). You are detail oriented and apply a structured way of working. You have a good feeling of nuances in languages (every additional language is an asset). You are able to work with deadlines, and to cope with several simultaneous projects, by setting your own priorities. You are a strong communicator, and are able to connect fast with several stakeholders in order to gather input, consolidate and transfer information to them. You are fluent in English and Dutch; any additional language is a big asset.
