Your contribution
Managing a team of about ten people and networking with many local relays.
Depending on the strategic and business priorities, put in place the action plans necessary to achieve our objectives and increase productivity and sales growth.
Organize the capitalization of operational and commercial best practices, both in terms of processes and tools.
Analyze sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by making recommendations on optimization and acceleration targets.
Optimize the use of CRM and planning, including ergonomics, workflow and reporting.
Preparing media and facilitating meetings at the executive level.
Your Future Challenges
Lead the transformation of the local operational teams, identify obstacles and key opportunities for our strategy, and implement the necessary action plans.
Being the guarantor of the pipeline management and sales forecasting process, ensuring the quality, accuracy and consistency of the sales organization planning processes.
Your assets to succeed
Bachelor's Degree (major business school or engineering)
At least 5 to 7 years experience in sales operations within a software publisher, or an international group marketing complex solutions. A business experience is a plus.
Business oriented, you demonstrate a strong ability to find creative solutions to help our teams close sales.
You have an excellent relationship and are able to interact effectively with both operational and management, in all regions of the world.
A seasoned manager, you can resist the pressure and balance the individual and collective workload through effective priority management.
You speak fluent English.
