Finance Controller, (Manufacturing)
North West London
Basic to £50 - 60,000 + Benefits
We are a growing chemicals producer, based in North West London. We are focused on improving the production process, having recently gained ISO 9001/2008 and ISO14001. Due to continuing growth, we now require an experienced, qualified Finance controller. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the finance team reporting into the finance director. We invite applications from qualified experienced finance controllers with experience within a production / manufacturing setting.
Role requirements.
* Team management including a finance manager
* Management Accounts, Board Pack and Financial Analysis
* Annual Statutory Accounts
* Maintaining robust financial controls across the businesses
* Ensuring the teams management information is circulated on a timely basis
* Supervising the team and resolving their day to day queries
* Mentoring and developing staff
* Overseeing external audits
Required Skills:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Previous experience as a Financial Controller
* Good communicator, able to develop strong business partnerships with other departments
* Advanced Excel skills
* Up to date knowledge of Accounting Regulations
* Able to challenge processes and drive change when required
* Commercially aware
* Proficient in the use of Sage accounting packages
