AT&TWe are looking for Sales Executives to join our IBM channel sales team in Bratislava, Aupark office. The role is responsible for retaining and growing accounts in EMEA - together through our strategic commercial relationship with IBM. We have exciting opportunities for successful sales executives who have a solid track record in channel sales. This business critical role is to provide opportunity for genuine global responsibility to develop the go to market new business opportunities. You will be responsible for a module of accounts - for the relationship with our partner, growth and drive to deliver positive outcomes for our organization and our customers. With experience of developing relationships at every level in complex matrix organizations, your success will depend on a tenacious ability to drive results by being creative and innovative in all you do. At the same time this role demands exemplary team working and rigorous attention-to-detail to serve the best interests of AT&T and our customers. Roles and Responsibilities: • Owns selected strategic base accounts in the assigned EMEA regional sales team (DACH, Nordics, South, West, UKI). • Maintains and grows revenue for assigned accounts by developing account strategies and plans • To sell assigned products, solutions and services through indirect sales channels • Leads the client/IBM relationship maintaining a strong business, professional and sales relationship with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base, and exercises team leadership skills • Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and revenue assurance is managed/strive for customer satisfaction in all dealings • Employ Strategic Business Planning and Development techniques • Formulate and work to short and long term objectives • Perform competitive analysis, market research and due diligence examination of competitors • Lead engagement for the largest and most strategic accounts • Lead and provide strategic direction to account and support teams • Manage and unite multi-faceted teams e.g. Solution, Finance, Legal, HR, Partners to develop compelling and competitive solution offerings • Excellent presentation skills to both customer and internal executive level • Ability to drive through barriers and find innovative solutions to challenges Key Competencies and Skills: • Experience working for a System Integrator (SI) • Experience with data center LAN management, WAN connectivity services, Unified Communications. • Excellent presentation skills to both customer and internal executive level • Result orientated problem solver; ability to drive through barriers and find innovative solutions to address challenges • Self-motivated team player • Demonstrated track record in closing and retaining large outsourcing accounts. • Strong track record • Solid experience within Telco or similar organization. • Solid sales experience in a B2B environment • Solution selling • Account and relationship management Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline or Equivalent Experience Language requirements: • Excellent English spoken and written is a must • Additional language will be beneficial as you will be assigned accounts in specific sales region: DACH, Nordics, UKI, South Europe, North Europe : German, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish or Danish. Additional Information: Very minimal but travel will be required (assume 1-2 times per year). Working hours: EMEA Contract: unlimited/permanent Sales Plan: 60/40 Candidates must have a right to live and work in EU/EEA
