Job Description
Maintain the Integrated reporting process by maintaining the non-financial reporting manual and key controls framework, facilitating knowledge transfer through training and by providing feedback on performance;
Integrate non-financial reporting in existing financial reporting systems & processes;
Work closely within Finance to collect/identify the financial information for inclusion in the Integrated Report;
Collect and critically review data in line with reporting requirements;
Assess and analyze the results in a meaningful way;
Identify areas of improvement in the reporting process;
Collaborate with our External Auditor in order to receive assurance;
Co-operate as a business partner in order to achieve business objectives while being in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Ensure correct interpretation, implementation and compliance with reporting requirements;
Perform continuous improvements to remain world-class finance;
Adhoc projects to support the wider External Reporting & Compliance team.
