OrangeWithin OME, the IoT Marketing Team defines and brings to market the IoT connectivity product portfolio and services (marketing mix) and support OME sales teams and OBS sales channels by providing them with the appropriate product & market knowledge, operations support, sales documentation and collaterals to boost business. In this fast pace and challenging environment, building a strong portfolio of services to enrich IoT connectivity is critical to ensure the perfect match of market expectations and Orange Proposal, the relevant service positioning facing competitors, and to deliver a differentiating and committing value proposition to position Orange as a leader in IoT. Your key accountabilities involve three sections, each under a marketing angle: 1/ VAS (Value Added Services) catalog management 2/ Contract management 3/ SIM catalog management More details: 1/ VAS catalog management In collaboration with the marketing team, define and build in autonomy a strong catalog of VAS you believe will enrich our IoT Connectivity products, and ensure its go-to-market within OBS. Examples of VAS to develop: KPIs / SLOs / SLAs offering -Based on existing core KPIs / SLOs / SLAs, define, enrich and market the value proposal and related offer for the two product lines marketed by OME for the different key components of the offer (SIM logistics, Service Delivery, Operations. Invoicing, Customer Support…). -Via the product marketing manager, ensure Orange representation and voice within GMA for SLAs definition, marketing and operations. -Articulate and maintain complete KPIs / SLOs / SLAS offers in all related sales and operational documents (customer pitch, service description, contract, RFI / RFP answer templates…). -Define performances dashboard for operations and product management. -In collaboration with the business processes manager, build the guidance and processes for service managers to execute the appropriate reporting towards customers -Build the tools in case of dispute on SLAs Service Management offering -In close collaboration with the Customer Support&Process Team, define and market Service Management offer portfolio. -Articulate and Structure the value proposal for each service and provide related content (customer pitch, service description, contract, RFI / RFP answer templates…) -Define commitments measuring and performances tracking M2M Modules Certification / Device testing offering -Lead business needs collection -Define and market Orange offer for modules certification and/or device testing. -Ensure offer coherence and positioning with existing GMA certification program -Lead certification proposal for usual M2M use cases, but also for new stakes (eUICC compatibility and performance, multiple PDP contexts…). -Define and articulate existing value proposal on the market and clarify conditions for our customers to sell / deploy connected solutions (modules / devices). Other services to consider : implementation management, etc according to what you (in collaboration witht the marketing product managers) will have identified as key to increase the value of our IoT Connetivity Each of the services you create requires a particular enthusiasm in business requirements capture and formalization (Service Definition Sheet), and in the international OBS go-to-market (operational marketing : service description, specific conditions, etc), producing and maintaining outstanding documentation. 2/ SIM and eUICC Portfolio management -Lead M2M SIM / eUICC portfolio and roadmap consolidation in terms of pricing, references, providers and descriptions (for OME M2M activity and for Affiliates) -Follow SIM Makers to anticipate M2M SIM / eUICC product portfolio evolution (SIM, Applets, eUICC, Services…); -Plan and follow new M2M SIM / eUICC form factor / profiles certification (jointly with OCP / OLPS) -Work closely with BuyIn sourcing team to prepare RFPs and to consolidate specific conditions from SIM Makers (warranty, personalization, delivery…) 3/ Contract Management -With BuyIn, lead the marketing needs in terms of master contracting, in the following scope: SIM (including eUICC), eUICC Subscription Manager platforms, M2M platforms, etc -ensure our needs are well taken into account in the signed contracts -With our legal department, lead marketing needs in terms of ad-hoc contracts with some suppliers -Handle ad-hoc negotiation with providers on deals situations, without jeopardizing global commitments. -Support our marketing and financial team when establishing the cost structure
