IPAF Instructor – National
Salary £negotiable (DOE) + £4,840 car allowance + benefits

Due to increasing demand for training, we are currently looking to recruit a number of IPAF Instructor’s to deliver training to national standards to our customer base and internal staff. We are ideally looking for instructor’s based around the South West and North West.
The role in brief:
--Delivering training to a required standard (e.g. IPAF, PASMA).
--Ensuring the Health and Safety of all delegates participating in training.
--Undertaking and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted in a timely fashion.
--Preparation of training areas (both indoors and outdoors) ready for delegates to arrive.
The ideal candidate:
--IPAF Operators licence.
--PTLLS or equivalent training qualification.
--IPAF Instructor would be extremely advantageous.
--Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
--Enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and good time management.
--Full drivers licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
