Your area of ??responsibility:
Telephone customer advice in connection with the software product iTWO
Gathering inquiries and providing solutions
Conduct online exercises, trainings and consultations with the customer directly on the spot
Realization of program tests
Close cooperation with quality assurance
Your profile:
Completed studies of architecture or civil engineering
Alternative vocational training as a draftsman
Knowledge in technical building software, desirable ARRIBA / iTWO
High IT affinity, pleasure in customer contact and strong conviction
Teamwork and flexibility
Very good knowledge of English as well as good knowledge of German
