Currently we ar looking for a (f/m) Regional HRIS Business Relationship Manager Location: Antwerp, Belgium Responsibilities You will collaborate in the support of the key account and the change request management of an SAP ERP HCM system landscape, with various SuccessFactors applications. This includes following the tasks (not limited): Customer support and communication with the global HR community as 1st level support for SAP HCM applications. Participate in the implementation and further development of the change process in the global SAP HCM Structured capture of project and customer requirements and support for implementation in change concepts Support for setting up test scenarios in SAP Solution Manager Participation in the planning, coordination and monitoring of the test processes Preparation of communication and information for documents on change processes in decision-making committees Collaborate in the ongoing development of the Change Request process and the tools Support for the coordination of new requirements with the global and local HR teams Requirements Bachelor degree (or higher) of Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable qualification..
