In this role, you have the opportunity to
You will collaborate actively with the Legal Head Iberia by providing legal services required to meet the business needs. You will bring your knowledge skills to ensure and secure the Company contractual and statutory obligations, drafting appeals and responses to tender proceedings, managing disputes and litigation on basic approach, and assisting in management decision processes with robust risk assessments.
You are responsible for
Providing legal advice to business arranging and administering draft standard agreements or contracts
Drafting appeals and responses within tender proceedings
Bringing assistance in the preparation of cases for litigation, reviewing complex documents related to transactions
Bringing consultative advice within specific areas
Providing business integrity trainings and compliance trainings to employees in Spain & Portugal.
Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy Law applicable.
Your profile
You are a Fully qualified Lawyer in Spain, seeking to work as an in-house in an International Company.
You are available and eligible to a Contrato de Practicas in Spain for a 2-year duration
You possess 1 to 3 years of Post-Bar experience in a Law Firm, ideally involved in healthcare environment or Clients, drafting distribution agreements. A knowledge of Public Law is appreciated
You are both proficient in Spanish (native) and English (fluent)
You are meticulous, have strong analytical skills, a strong communicator and negotiator, able to interact with various stakeholders.
